At Pelican Racing Parts we believe that investing in manufacturing equipment and technology is an important part of the equation to produce leading edge parts while controlling quality. This also shortens lead times when items do go out of stock with being able to run parts when we need in a timely fashion versus waiting on other suppliers.
-- CNC MACHINING --
We have invested in a Haas VF2-SS for in house CNC machining. Using advanced CNC machining technology allows us to produce precision components with consistent accuracy and repeatability. Our CNC milling services support prototype development, custom manufacturing, repair work, and production runs across a variety of products that we make for the powersport industry
-- MANUAL MACHINING --
We use precision manual machining for small parts runs and custom fabrication projects. Our capabilities include milling, turning, drilling, boring, tapping, threading, facing, and precision fitting. We have two manual lathes and a manual milling machine in house
-- LASER ENGRAVING --
Add professional, permanent markings to your parts with precision laser engraving. We engrave logos, part numbers, serial numbers, measurements and custom artwork on aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, anodized aluminum and plastics
-- MIG & TIG WELDING --
All of our race winning chromoly chassis components are made 100% in house. We have profected these components over the years for durability & ultimate weight loss. These components are TIG welded by highly skilled Red Seal Journeymen welders and fabricators - Bo & Trevor that take pride in their work for high quality strong beautiful welds that you can trust at high speed!

We use Autodesk Fusion 360 to provide complete CAD/CAM solutions, from concept and 3D modeling to CNC programming and manufacturing. By using a fully integrated design and machining workflow, we reduce lead times, improve accuracy, and efficiently produce prototypes, custom components, and production parts. Richard is the man behind the scenes perfecting CAD / CAM programming
-- TRACK DYNO --
PRP has a DynoJet snowmobile track dyno that has been upgraded by Xtreme Dyno LLC to handle big horsepower and give consistent testing results run after run. We have had over 500 plus engine HP putting power through the chassis dyno launching off of the 2 step proving the capability of the dyno.
At this time we do not offer this as a service but hope to in the future!
